About the Foundation

This BBK Banking Foundation initiative is designed to foster the integration of people with disabilities and migrants in Bizkaia in society and employment. This programme uses a mentoring process with specialist social entities to help standardise the recruitment of people from disadvantaged collectives in mainstream companies.

Target audience

Companies, foundations and other types of organisations based in Bizkaia that wish to foster diversity and improve their social impact by means of including people with disabilities and migrants in their teams.

What do we offer?

Specialist mentoring: Companies will have a team of experts to advise them throughout the recruiting process, from selecting to onboarding the worker in their post.

Public recognition: Participating companies will gain visibility and recognition for their commitment to bringing people into employment.

Economic benefits:

• Up to €6000 in funding for companies that employ a person from those collectives on a contract of at least one year for the first time.

  • Job analysis: Needs assessment and adapting roles.
  • Short-listing candidates: Selecting the candidates
  • On-the-job training: Skills building of the worker and awareness raising of the team.
  • Continuous assessment and monitoring: Support to guarantee integration
