Anepe Acebo

Anepe discovered that exposing oneself to the world is not always easy. Since she started sharing her dances on social media and in public, she has been the subject of criticism for her physique, her clothes or her way of expressing herself. All this, generated insecurities that, for a time, she assumed to be normal.

«I have learned to love myself, to listen to myself, to enjoy my body and to relate better with others».

Thanks to her participation in Pact by BBK, a program aimed at young people from Bizkaia between 15 and 17 years old, she has been able to reflect on her emotional well-being and her relationship with her body. Through dynamic workshops, Anepe has found tools to get to know herself better and build healthier relationships. Today she wants to share her experience to encourage other young people to follow the same path.
