Let’s make it count

Are we measuring what really matters? A campaign that drives a new understanding of progress based on people’s well-being, not just economic figures.

Let’s make it count is born from a deep reflection after the pandemic: how do we measure development and well-being in our society? In contrast to the traditional macroeconomic indicators, the BBK Banking Foundation proposes the Macrohuman Indicators, an innovative tool to measure what really counts: effort, solidarity, mental health, equity or social cohesion.

This campaign is much more than a slogan: it is a call to collective action. It gives value to what is human in a context dominated by economics and presents a realistic and necessary alternative to guide our public and private decisions towards a more sustainable and just future.

With this initiative, the BBK Banking Foundation reinforces its commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (2030 SDGs) and a responsible growth model that places people at the centre.
